I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, conflict, shutdown, or emotional exhaustion—often despite insight, effort, and good intentions. Together, we slow things down enough to understand what your nervous system has been protecting, and we build the steadiness needed for new ways of responding to take root.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, with careful attention to emotional safety, regulation, and real-time relational repair. Sessions are paced, relational, and grounded in the belief that change happens through experience—not pressure or performance.
